4.3 Enclosure
The enclosure shall have no defects such as crack, injury and contamination.
4.4 Lead
??The fusible resistor lead should be firmly attached, At the conclusion of testing, The fusible resistor lead shall remain firmly attached:
(1)、Tensile: the force applied shall be 10N
(2)、Thrust: the force applied shall be 2N
(3)、Bending: the force applied shall be 5N and the number of bends shall be one。
5.Mechanical characteristic
The fusible resistor should endure both of the following tests:
5.1Pulling test:Fixed the body,applied level pull force of 5N to the lead wire for 1 minute, there shall be no damage with the body and lead wire.
5.2Stress test:Fixed The fusible resistor,applied the stress of 10N to the enclosure center , there shall be no damage with the enclosure.
